Adopt a Student
Want to make a direct, tangible difference in a local child's life this school year? We are looking for amazing community members to "Adopt a Student" and help them start the classroom year with confidence!
A True Community Effort
This program is a proud partnership between the Community Connection Centre, Community Lending Shelf, BGC of Olds and Area, Youth Empowerment Support (YES), Olds Christmas Angels, Staples, United Way and Western Financial Group in Olds. Together, we are working to ensure every student has what they need to succeed.
How you can help:
- Request a Student: Let us know you want to help, and we will pair you with a local student.
- Get the List: We will provide you with the exact school supply list requested by their teacher.
- Shop & Drop: You purchase the supplies and drop them off to ensure they are ready for the big day!
