The Town of Olds and Mountain View Power (MVP) are celebrating the first wave of transformations under the Uptowne Storefront Beautification Grant—an initiative aimed at enhancing the unique character and visual appeal of the Uptowne Olds area.

The Town of Olds Fire Department (OFD) is proud to announce that it has received funding support from TC Energy through their social impact program, Build Strong. This funding will be used to purchase a drone along with the supporting equipment and software required to strengthen the department’s ability to respond to emergencies.

A new medical clinic is opening in Olds, creating important opportunities to expand local health care and attract new physicians to the community. The Care First Medical Clinic, set to open September 12, 2025, means more doctors practicing in our community, a welcome step forward for health care in our community.
