What is the Community Connection Centre?

Located in the Uptowne Olds core, the Community Connection Centre links people in the community with social preventative services, programming, and information. Serving individuals, seniors and families through collaborative partnerships and meaningful engagement, the Community Connection Centre promotes a high quality of life for the citizens of Olds and works to build opportunities for everyone by assessing community needs, reviewing citizen feedback and direction from Town Council.

The Community Connection Centre is funded through the Family and Community Services program, a partnership with the Government of Alberta and municipalities, including the Town of Olds.

  • Subsidized Counselling Program
  • Bookable office and programming space available for nonprofit or community organizations.

Facility Bookings

The Community Connection Centre features two bookable spaces. These can be booked by emailing facilitybookings@olds.ca or calling the Community Connection Centre at 403-507-4866.

 What’s a Kindness Connection Kit?

Your FREE Kindness Connection Kit includes:
  •  Stickers & friendship bracelets to share
  •  Simple decor items (balloons, streamers, etc.)
  •  Ideas to inspire notes, displays, and small acts of kindness
Businesses are encouraged to make it their own — add extra décor, kind notes, pay-it-forward moments, or even special discounts if you choose. There’s no right or wrong way to spread kindness!
Kindness Connection Kits will be delivered January 28–30.
