Moving To Olds?

Welcome to Olds! To get your utilities connected and account created, you can either;

• Apply online through the Utilities Application Form, or
• Download and fill out the Utilities Application Form PDF, then email it to utilities@olds.ca or drop it off at the Town Office.

Leaving Olds or Changing Your Address?

If you are moving out of Olds, or to another address within town, you will need to close your current account and open a new one. You can either;

• Complete this Change Of Address/Cancellation of Service Form, or
• Contact our Finance Department at 403-556-6981 at least two weeks before your move to provide a forwarding address and request a final meter reading.

Note: Residential roll-out bins stay with the property.
