Financial Report
The Town of Olds Financial Report provides a transparent, plain-language overview of the municipality's financial position. Published annually, it summarizes the previous year's financial performance and outlines the priorities and long-term planning that guide Council and Administration.
The 2026 Financial Report is organized around three key themes:
- Infrastructure Renewal – Investing in and maintaining the roads, utilities, facilities, and equipment that support our community.
- Fiscal Resilience – Strengthening the Town's financial position through responsible debt management, reserve planning, and sustainable budgeting.
- Long-Term Planning – Building a strong foundation for future growth through strategic planning, asset management, and economic development.
The report also includes an overview of the Town's 2025 financial performance, benchmarking against similar Alberta municipalities, and the strategies guiding the Town's long-term financial sustainability.
