Sauna

The Sauna Is Now Open!

As of October 17, the Sauna is available for public use.

About The Sauna

Our brand new 10-person sauna is officially open! Crafted from beautiful Western Red Cedar with glass panels, the sauna offers a relaxing experience while allowing for safe staff supervision.

Enjoy your ideal level of comfort with both lower and upper benches for different heat zones, and unwind in a soothing atmosphere enhanced by soft lighting behind the backrests and beneath the benches.

At the heart of the sauna is a powerful 15kW Harvia Legend electric stove filled with Olivine rocks - providing a consistent, rejuvenating heat you'll love.

Sauna access is available for ages 16+ and open during Lane Swim, Public Swim, 55+ Swim and Aquafit times.

Come warm up, relax, and make the most of your visit to the Olds Aquatic Centre.
