Sponsorships and Donations

The Town of Olds welcomes sponsorship and donation requests from local groups, clubs, and individuals contributing to community life. Support may be monetary or in-kind. Whether it’s a large project or a small effort that reflects the spirit of Olds, we want to hear from you.

Who Can Apply

• Not-for-profit organizations and community groups
• Individuals, teams, and clubs
• Events and activities that serve the broader Olds community

What Can Be Requested

• Monetary donations (cash or funding)
• In-kind support (facilities, labour, equipment)
• Donated goods (physical items, goods, or supplies)

How It Works

Requests are first reviewed by administration. Smaller requests ($500 or less) may be approved internally while larger requests are considered by Council. All requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event.

You’ll Be Asked To Provide

• Information about yourself or your organization’s role in the community
• What you are requesting and why
• Date and details of the event or initiative
• Any other supporting documents
