Got a Big Idea for Olds? Let’s Make It Happen.

The Spring 2026 intake of the Mountain View Power (MVP) Community Grant Program is open this month— and it’s your chance to turn great ideas into real impact.

If your non-profit or not-for-profit organization has a project that will bring people together, strengthen our community, or enhance quality of life in Olds, we want to hear from you.

MVP provides natural gas and electricity to local homes and businesses — and what makes it different is simple: our profits stay right here in Olds. Every customer we have helps fund community projects that move our town forward.

Since 2023, more than $367,000 has been invested into a variety of local initiatives supporting social, cultural, and economic priorities.

Have an idea that could make a difference? Apply for the Spring 2026 intake today at www.olds.ca/mvp.

Spot a Problem? Let Us Know

Help us keep Olds running smoothly. If you notice issues such as potholes, water or sewer concerns,

playgrounds, parks, trails & sidewalk or road problems, or snow and ice, please use the Town’s Report-A-Problem online portal.

Why Use Report-A-Problem?

Submitting online ensures your concern is:

  • Routed to the correct department
  • Logged and trackable
  • Reviewed more efficiently
  • Documented for planning and follow-up
  • Ensures a quicker response

Online reporting helps Town crews prioritize and respond more effectively across the community.
