The Annual Coffee with Council Event is Back!

The Town of Olds is pleased to announce dates for the second annual Coffee with Council event. This event provides an opportunity for citizens to connect directly with council members to share their opinions, ideas, and thoughts on our community. Citizen feedback plays an important role in decision making and shaping local governance.

This is a valuable time for citizens to ask questions and provide feedback on the Town’s budget spending. Your voice is important and shapes council’s understanding of the needs and wants of the community. We want to hear from you!

Event Details:

Thursday May 23,2024:

• 8:00am - 10:00 AM - Bean Brokers; 5014 46 Ave
• 1:00pm - 3:00 PM- Olds Municipal Library; 5217 52 Street
• 7:00pm - 9:00 PM- Olds Royal Canadian Legion #105; 5241 46 Street

Friday June 28,2024:

• 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Spitfires Classic: Rotary Athletic Park; 70 Ave North of Walmart.
• Council will have a tent set up, stop by for a chat and cheer on local baseball talent.

These two events are open to all members of the community, and diverse participation is encouraged. The benefits of attending all or one of these events is the chance to engage in open dialogue with Council Members, ask questions, share your perspectives, and contribute to meaningful discussions about issues that impact your community.
