Municipal Mini: Meal Express Program Launches November 2

The Meal Express Program launches November 2, offering healthy, affordable meals five days a week, with options for local delivery or convenient pickup.

Developed in partnership between the Community Connection Centre and Westview Co-op Food Store, the program replaces the former Meals on Wheels service and supports residents aged 55 and older.

Beyond providing nutritious meals, volunteer delivery drivers help reduce social isolation by offering friendly conversations and connections, supporting seniors who wish to age in place with health, independence and dignity.
