Most competitive procurement opportunities are advertised through the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC).

Vendors are strongly encouraged to create a free APC account. Selecting relevant commodity codes during registration allows vendors to receive automatic email notifications when opportunities matching their business are posted.

Submitting A Bid

Each solicitation outlines specific submission instructions and deadlines. Vendors are responsible for ensuring submissions are:

  • Complete and compliant with all requirements
  • Submitted by the stated closing date and time
  • Delivered using the method identified in the solicitation

Late or incomplete submissions may not be accepted.
