Area Structure Plans

An Area Structure Plan (ASP) provides a framework for subdivision and development on a given piece of land. Within Olds, ASPs are typically prepared for quarter sections of land to show future uses and the general location of roadways.

ASPs help to ensure development is harmonious from one parcel of land to the next. The plans which have been adopted by Council and are currently in effect for the Town of Olds are shown below:
