Olds Update with Mayor Dan Daley - March 30, 2026

Hey everyone, Mayor Dan Daley here with a quick update for you this week!

Starting off with some great news! The Chinook’s Edge School Division Board of Trustees has approved its capital plan. At the top of the list is a new high school for Carstairs and a new Elementary school right here in Olds!

Second, the Olds RCMP does a wonderful job of sharing important news with Olds and keeping you aware of happenings in our community. Please consider following them on Facebook.

Keep an eye on the Olds Community Event Calendar this week. It’s buzzing with events!  You can find art classes for 55+, the Ukelele Club meeting, and some cool events from the Olds Municipal Library. Share an event or attend an event, there is lots going on!
