Olds Update with Mayor Dan Daley - March 23, 2026

Hey everyone, Mayor Dan Daley here with a quick update for you this week! 

First, a heads up that the weekly green bin collection is back starting April 1. A sure sign that spring is right around the corner. 

Also, Summer Camp registration is now open—and spots are filling up fast. If you’ve got kids ages 5 to 9, it’s a great way to keep them active and having fun over the break. You can find all the details at olds.ca/summercamps. 

And finally, some exciting local sports—our Under 15 B female Olds Junior Broncos are hosting provincials March 27 to 29 at the Olds Sportsplex. It’s a great chance to catch some high-level hockey and cheer on our hometown team.
