Did you know the 2025 Municipal Election is coming up on October 20. Are you ready to vote?

To cast your ballot, you must be a Canadian citizen, 18 or older, and registered to vote.

You can register online with Elections Alberta until September 14, or register at your polling station on election day with the required ID. Visit www.elections.ab.ca for more details on registering.

Thinking of running for Council? The Town of Olds is accepting nominations for Mayor and Councillor positions until Noon on Nomination Day, September 22. To learn about qualifications, required paperwork, and how to submit your nomination, please visit www.olds.ca/election.
