This is Kyle Sloan, Municipal Planner with the Town of Olds.

The Town is updating two important documents that shape how our community grows and develops:

The Municipal Development Plan or MDP guides how our town will grow in the future.

The Land Use Bylaw or LUB makes rules about how land can be used and where homes, businesses, and parks can go.

This June, we will be sharing the proposed changes to these plans and we want to hear from you!

Your feedback will be used to help the Town update these documents to capture what’s important to the current and future residents and businesses in Olds.
