Update October 14: Service Resumed, Still Delayed

Canada Post service has resumed, but delivery delays may continue due to ongoing labour disruptions. This may affect the arrival of your utility bill and other Town of Olds mail.

September utility bills were generated October 10. Late penalties will still apply for overdue accounts.

  • In person at the Olds Municipal Centre

As of September 25, Canada Post is on strike.

This may cause delays in receiving your utility bills and other mailed correspondence from the Town of Olds.
August utility bills were sent out September 10 and are due October 1. Please note that late payment penalties will still apply.

If the strike continues past October 10, residents who are not signed up for e-billing will need to contact the Municipal Centre for their September bill information.
