East Olds Area Redevelopment Plan Amending Bylaw 2024-28.

TOWN OF OLDS
BYLAW NO. 2024-28
WHEREAS Section 634 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statues of Alberta 2000, and amendments thereto, allows Council of a Municipality to adopt an Area Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter M-26 and amendments thereto, permit a Council by bylaw to amend a bylaw; and
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Olds deems it necessary and expedient to amend the East Olds Area Redevelopment Plan Bylaw No. 2014-15.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Olds in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
BYLAW TITLE: This Bylaw may be cited as the East Olds Area Redevelopment Plan Amending Bylaw 2024-28.
GENERAL RULES AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS
Bylaw 2014-15, being the East Olds Area Redevelopment Plan, is hereby amended as follows:
That the Future Land Use Concept Map, being Map 4 of the East Olds Area Redevelopment Plan, be amended to change the designation of Lots 18 and, Block 11, Plan 472I from General Residential District (R2) to Medium Density Residential District (R3) as shown on the attached Schedule A.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This bylaw comes into force on the date it is passed.

Public Hearing held on the 23rd day of September 2024.
Read a second time on the 23rd day of September 2024.
Read a third and final time on the 23rd day of September 2024.
