In 2021, Town Council decided to conduct a 3rd party Organizational Review to measure organizational effectiveness and identify areas where your municipal government could improve.
This review was completed and adopted in 2023, with Council and administration already taking steps towards fulfilling many of the report’s recommendations. In the spirit of transparency, we’re sharing this review with the public to better understand how the Town is changing to better serve its citizens. Change is not fast, but there is a lot of excitement about the progress being made and the people the Town has onside to get the job done.
