Olds Minor Soccer Green & the Horseshoe pits at Rotary Athletic Park are scheduled for herbicide spraying on Tuesday, Aug. 9 to control a weed problem. Spraying will take place from 8:00-8:30 am. According to the Safety Data Sheet, the areas can be used once the product has dried, but the Parks Department recommends staying off the field for 24 hours to err on the side of caution. This process is weather dependent and notices will be posted if rescheduling is necessary.
