National Indigenous Peoples Day

Join us as we celebrate the cultural diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples by discovering the unique accomplishments of Indigenous Peoples in Olds and area. Enjoy music and dance, drumming, crafts, food, stories and more. It's a full day of immersion into the traditions and ways of Canada's Indigenous communities that have grown from these roots.

General Public: Lunch may be purchased on site in the Vendor’s Park.
12:15 pm – 12:45 pm – Welcome All ~ Dignitaries and Olds Indigenous Connections Committee on Main Stage

Including Teachings in the Tipi, Knowledge Keepers and Elders presentations, Truth and Reconciliation discussion, and Drumming Activities.
