Happiness Basics is a community workshop aimed at increasing our experience of happiness using research backed strategies that you can implement into your daily activities. It is based in positive psychology and focuses on what is going right, instead of what is going wrong. This workshop is suitable to all adults 18 and over who have mild depression/anxiety or just want to increase the happiness in their lives. Hope you can join us :)
