Canada Post Strike Notice
Update December 17, 2024 - Canada Post has resumed service as of December 17, but some delays may continue.
- November utility bills (generated December 10) will not be mailed. To request a copy, email utilities@olds.ca or call 403-556-6981.
- December utility bills will be mailed on January 10.
All Planning notices will resume being sent via Canada Post.

Your November utility bill will be generated on December 10, and late penalties will still apply.

- Need your utility bill balance? Contact us or visit the Administrative Office.
- Late penalties still apply.
- Sign up for e-billing to receive bills by email.
- Mail for the Town can be dropped off at:
- Town Administrative Office (during office hours)
- Drop box at the front doors
- Payment options:
- In-person
- Drop box (cheque only)
- Online through your financial institution
- Virtual City Hall
