Canada Post Strike Notice

Due to the Canada Post strike, the Town of Olds cannot send or receive mail. This affects utility bills, notices, and other important communications.

Utilities Information:

• Need your utility bill balance? Contact us or visit the Administrative Office.
• Late penalties still apply.
• Sign up for e-billing to receive bills by email.
• Mail for the Town can be dropped off at:
  • Town Administrative Office (during office hours)
  • Drop box at the front doors
• Payment options:
  • In-person
  • Drop box (cheque only)
  • Online through your financial institution
  • Virtual City Hall

Planning & Development Update:

• Notifications about development applications, decisions, and public hearings will not be mailed to PO Boxes or out-of-town addresses. Instead:
  • Circulations will be sent via courier.
  • Check these website sections for updates:

    • Notice of Public Hearings

If your tax roll lists a PO Box or out-of-town address, please monitor these pages regularly to stay informed about proposals affecting your property.
