This playground structure was kindly donated to the town by local manufacturer, The Playground Guys. Bring your kids to Craig's Park on the east end of town. They'll love to play while you sit back and read a good book.

In its early days, Olds was known locally as "Hay City" due to the abundant hay crops harvested annually. We have paid tribute to our early heritage by naming our trail system the "Hay City Trails". The trail system consists of both paved and unpaved trails, and trail routes incorporated in our town streets.

The Town of Olds surveyed its residents on their thoughts for Parks and Recreation in town. Click here for details.

Recognizing people may have been away during this consultation or that readers may have additional feedback after reviewing this report, the public is invited to share their views on the online survey or contact jlutz@olds.ca or the Town Office at 403-556-6981 to discuss your ideas.

We love our Parks!
