The Town of Olds is currently involved in a Municipal Sustainability Pilot Project. The Aquatic Center is conveniently located on the Olds College campus. It features five lanes, waterslide, and hot tub. Visit with our Town Crier and Bell Ringer, Denis and Judy Patry, during Olds Fashioned Christmas. Olds is a vibrant and thriving place with exciting business opportunities, including Industrial Parks. Welcome to Olds, National Winner in the 2005 Communities in Bloom competition.

Most streets in the downtown core have a two-hour parking limit. You may be ticketed if your vehicle is parked on the street in the same spot longer than two hours.
There are free Town of Olds parking lots in the downtown area if you need to park your vehicle for more than two hours (maximum anywhere is 72 hours):
  • 52 Street at 51 Avenue (60 stalls)
  • 49 Street behind corner restaurant (12 stalls)
  • 49 Avenue at 50 Street (30 stalls)

Certain areas in town are Permit Zones or Restricted Parking areas:

Parking on public streets is restricted to a maximum of 72 hours unless indicated, subject to any other restrictions that apply. Parking at the Olds Aquatic Centre Community Directory is for the exclusive use of Aquatic Centre patrons. You may get a ticket or your vehicle may be towed if you park there when not using the Aquatic Centre facilities.
