Funding Requests

- Town Council has a responsibility to the citizens of Olds to ensure that public funds are expended responsibly and effectively. Council reviews all requests for funding as they are received.

- If your local community organization would like to request sponsorship or funding, please review the information contained in the Donations Policy and forward your request in writing to Legislative Services at Town Office. Town Council meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month unless advertised otherwise - make sure you allow enough time for your request to be considered by Council prior to your event. Please include as much information as you can in your written request - if Council has to request more information from you, delays in reviewing and granting your request may occur.
