The Chamber hosts a variety of Special Events each year, including Business Awards Week each October, featuring workshops, a breakfast or luncheon, and a grand banquet to close out the celebrations. Three "Business of the Year" awards (according to number of employees) are presented at the banquet, as well as the Community Spirit Award, the People's Choice Award, and the Exceptional Customer Service Award.
Business Week pays tribute to the owners and managers of small and medium sized enterprises. The week is a great reminder to the entire community of the tremendous contribution small business makes to our local economy.
